Michael Pamment

Michael is an experienced Project and Asset Manager with over 12 years in the Residential mixed-use sector, with extensive experience in Project/Asset Management, compliance management and financial management as well as stakeholder engagement.

Michael began his career in Asset Management for one of the largest Residential Managing Agents in the country. Specialising in new build developments, Michael played a key role in new build mobilisation and handover working alongside social housing developers, private developers, and commercial entities. From there, Michael moved to Berkeley Group as a Senior Operations Manager specialising in pre-development and handover for multiphase mixed-use developments. He worked with both Build and Technical departments from RIBA stage 2 design, right through development handover and occupation to post defects management.

Michael joined EMS in early 2024 as the Head of Operations with oversight of both the business’s construction and service teams, with his prior experience in Asset Management he plays a key role in our driving the quality of projects and handover to clients to ensure a seamless transition and trusted quality post-handover.
